An exciting few weeks!

Lots has happened!  Shane came home.  It was a wonderful greeting.  Much happier spirits than the last time we were at the airport with him.  Same amount of tears, just a different kind.  Shane was so dark and handsome and had the best accent ever.  We were so happy to see him and he was so excited to meet Danny and Jet.

What a great week it was.  So many stories and so many experiences to share.  The next day was Valentine's Day.  What a great present to have Shane home.

Then James and I stole a little get-away.  We had a wonderful time.  I have no worries that when we are empty nesters, we are totally going to be into each other.  That's what happens when your spouse is your best friend. :)

So, it was too windy and rough to go snorkeling.  So we decided to take the Islander's, Captain Boots, offer to go on the banana boat.  Open ocean.  This family is from Brazil (San Paulo area)  They were so excited Shane had been there.  They were great.

 After the cruise we stayed the night in this condo.  It was gorgeous and the view was incredible.

Saturday was a wonderful day.  Danny was baptized.

Well, that was the last couple of weeks.  It's been busy as ever, but good.  Tonight we gathered as a family in the living room and just visited and vegged.  It was great.  We like being together.  Stay tuned - you never know what's happening next. :)
